We are a Swiss cosmetics company with our own EU warehouse, an active distributor network in 25 countries, and eight years of building a professional beauty brand from nothing. We take Korean brands into Europe — paperwork, content and distribution handled from one place.
You do not need to open a company in Europe, hire consultants, or find distributors one by one. We have already done that work.
A distributor network across 25 countries, one contract, one point of contact. No country-by-country negotiation.
CPNP notification, EU Responsible Person, compliant labelling and translations — the most expensive and confusing step, handled by us.
Shipping from our German warehouse, European B2B invoices, free delivery for our distributors. The buyer never deals with customs.
Our distributors have bought from us for years. A brand we introduce is treated as one that has already been vetted.
Our own photo and video team, masterclasses and ambassadors, and our stands at Cosmoprof and Beauty Forum Düsseldorf — buyer meetings without the booth cost.
The Pink Flash universe · made in-house
Europe is not one market. It is 27 regulatory systems, a dozen languages and a retail landscape that only opens to people it already knows. Most brands spend two years learning this.
Nothing may be sold in the EU without CPNP notification, an EU-based Responsible Person, a safety assessment and compliant labelling. Until that exists, nothing moves.
European distributors buy from people they have met and tested. Cold email from abroad rarely converts, and one wrong exclusive contract can block a country for years.
Korean campaign assets rarely convert here. Buyers want local faces, local language, and proof that European professionals already use the product.
You keep production and brand ownership. Everything that happens after the container leaves Korea is ours. Six steps, start to shelf.
You ship a pilot quantity to our warehouse in Waldshut-Tiengen, Germany. We handle import and customs. From this moment your product is inside the EU.
You + usCPNP notification, EU Responsible Person, labelling under Regulation 1223/2009 and multilingual pack copy. When this is done, your product is legally sellable.
UsOur in-house photo and video team produces product imagery, video and social assets built for this market — not translated Korean material.
UsYour products go to our brand ambassadors across Europe. You get real usage by working professionals, real content, and honest market feedback before you commit to volume.
UsYour brand goes live on our B2B platform and is presented to the largest distributors in Europe. We issue European B2B invoices and ship from our German warehouse — free for our distributors.
UsPartner brands are presented on our stand at Cosmoprof and Beauty Forum Düsseldorf — you get the buyer meetings without the booth cost. Plus Pink Flash Day, our own annual distributor event.
UsOur B2B platform is the heart of the network. A partner brand goes live there, and the largest distributors in Europe — companies that already buy from us and already trust us — can see and order the products immediately. One place to order, a European invoice, shipping from our German warehouse.
A European B2B invoice, European delivery times, no customs handling, and the ability to reorder in small quantities. None of this is available when ordering directly from Korea.
You do not have to build relationships from zero. Our distributors have been buying from us for years, and they treat a brand we introduce as one that has already been vetted.
European pricing is set jointly. A broken market destroys brand value, so protecting price is as important to us as it is to you.
We would never ask you to break agreements that already exist. We respect the countries that are already taken, and start together in the markets that are still open.
Exclusivity only for countries that are still open. We need it because we invest in introducing and promoting the brand — and that investment only works if distributors keep buying through us afterwards.
If exclusivity is not possible, we can develop a joint limited edition sold only through our network. It protects both brands and still opens the European market.
We start with a trial order of around 100 units per product — enough to test the market, introduce the range to distributors, and build a growth plan on evidence rather than promises.
The part that stops most brands at the border.
European assets and real professional proof.
An active distributor base that actually orders.
This is why our distributors keep buying from us. A partner brand is sold inside exactly the same system.
Orders leave our German warehouse and ship free within Europe. European delivery times, no customs handling for the buyer.
A proper B2B invoice issued by a European company. Simple accounting for the distributor, none of the friction of ordering directly from Korea.
Photo, video and social assets delivered daily. Our distributors never have to shoot their own material or hire a designer.
New products go out as free samples first. Distributors and professionals try before they order — which is why the products sell.
Pink Flash Day, masterclasses and certification courses. Education is the strongest selling tool a distributor has.
We exhibit at Beauty Forum Düsseldorf (9–11 April) and Cosmoprof Miami. Partner brands are presented on our stand.
Education is the engine of our network. We run masterclasses and certify professionals across Europe — a trained specialist becomes a repeat buyer. Partner products go into that training too.

Certified specialists
Pink Flash Switzerland grew from a single treatment room into a professional brand sold in 25 countries. The machine we are offering you is the machine we used.
One lash studio in Switzerland, one specialist, no products of our own.
Swiss-developed lifting systems, then a full professional range.
Training that turns buyers into users — the reason our distributors reorder.
A distributor network, an EU warehouse and a salon group in three Swiss cities.
We are selective on purpose. A brand we cannot sell properly damages both of us.
Andreea Haenggi · FounderI built this company from one treatment room. I know how hard it is to be taken seriously in a market that has never heard of you — and how much faster it goes when someone already inside opens the door.
What we offer Korean brands is not a warehouse — it is a way in. If your product is good, our distributors and specialists will know within weeks. I would rather find that out together than trade emails for a year.
Tell us your range, your MOQ and the markets you have already entered. We will reply with an honest assessment of how your brand would perform in Europe — and whether we are the right partner for it.
